SALES SUPERVISOR

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS:

It will achieve the positioning of the brand within its designated area, generating profitability and achieving set goals.
Based on the sales indicators, you will make decisions and create strategies that help generate profitability.
You will create growth strategies based on numerical distribution, educating your sales force about the assigned clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in administrative or management careers (a Bachelor’s degree will be evaluated).
Willing to carry out field / office work in full hours of MF from 06am-06pm.
Specialized in Leadership with great communication skills for customer service.
Experience of not less than 02 years in sales and 01 year leading teams of people (Supervisor) in the beverage industry.

DISTRIBUTOR DRIVER

FUNCTIONS

Pick up the merchandise at the assigned Distribution Center (DC) (CHORRILLOS).
Make the daily visit to the assigned wineries, stores and minimarkets.
Responsible for the sale and collection of products.
Return to the Distribution Center (DC) to leave the van and load the merchandise for the next day.
Respect the agreements of the pre-sale seller with the client (credit notes, bonuses, delivery schedules).
Ensure the proper use of the work tools provided by the company such as the vehicle, cell phone, uniforms, printer, and PPE.
Ensure compliance with the settlement with the Sales Administration area (credit notes, invoices, credit vouchers).
Guarantee that their daily activities are carried out in compliance with the Health and Safety standards at work.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum experience of 1 year in Auto Sales or Sales in Horizontal Channel – Traditional of MASS CONSUMPTION in companies similar to ours, A1 license valid for more than 1 year (ESSENTIAL)
Availability to work from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Positions related to merchandisers or pre-sales. Management of mobile delivery units.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS:

Perform according to industrial safety guidelines to maintain machinery with a high degree of efficiency.
For the production process, you will have to keep the machinery in perfect condition, giving it the correct maintenance (corrective/preventive).
Report on the correct operation of the machinery before handing over your turn (checklist).

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Graduate in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics or related to technological careers with a Certificate that proves it.
Experience carrying out industrial maintenance (01) year with willingness to work x 8 hours.
Suitable to fulfill shifts according to the company’s provision (holidays / Sundays) rotating.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR

FUNCTIONS:

Carry out the unloading of the finished product from the primary transport units.
Order the loading of returnable containers to the primary transport units.
Execute and organize the depalletizing of the delivery units according to the format of each container.
Be careful with fragile products.
Carry out the forklift verification checklist and carry out its periodic cleaning.

REQUIREMENTS:

Complete secondary school with a certificate.
01 years of experience as a forklift operator.
Minimum 1 year in effective work in warehouses in mass consumption companies.
Availability to work rotating schedules.

SECURITY MANAGER

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensure the peace of mind of staff and customers who enter the company by verifying their identification at the entrance.
You will be able to guide people who enter the company to the area that they request for your attention.
He will take control of the security cameras, being the only one in charge of reviewing them when requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

Male applicant in optimal physical condition from 25 years of age.
Have a Secondary degree and preferably have acquired courses in Private Security.
Necessary experience (12 months) as Security (preferably in Industrial Companies) have a Certificate.
Have possibilities of LD work with 1 day to rest (includes holidays).

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS:

In charge of carrying out payment procedures with: Franchisees, branches and Corporate Clients with the established SLA.
Correctly generate CME operations for withholdings, VAT withholdings, post-dated checks and IBBS.
According to customer request, he will create new agreed reports.
Based on what is required, invoices, withholdings, creation of reports and postdated checks will be made.

REQUIREMENTS:

Professional with a Degree in Accounting or related careers, willing to work during office hours MF and S (noon).
Experience as an Accountant of at least 02 years (have a Work Certificate) that supports it.

LOGISTICS OPERATORS MANAGER

FUNCTIONS

Reverse logistics study for each Logistics Operator and observation of the report of days of inventory, cash and Fill Rate for each Logistics Operator.
Verify and support the administrative team of each Logistics Operator in Peru.
Inspect processes to certify that company policies are met.

REQUIREMENTS

Education required for the position to be an Industrial/Systems Engineer, Economics, Business Administration or similar.
Study and Administration of processes (Measurement of Fill Rate and knowledge of supply), as well as MS Office, Excel Intermediate/Advanced and SAP Intermediate.
