STAFF FOR TELEPHONE SERVICE

FUNCTIONS

• Provide information to the public about the different Benefits, plans, services and products that we offer, in order to satisfy the needs of our clients or potential clients.
• Support in sales closing campaigns, as well as assist in the filling of files raised at events.
• Keep the client portfolio updated by carrying out the respective follow-up in order to maintain and expand the client portfolio under your responsibility.
• Provide support in the different information gathering activities that are required.
• Perform other related and/or complementary functions assigned by your immediate boss.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have completed or unfinished technical studies
• Have availability to meet rotating schedules as appropriate.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales call center.
• Management office at the intermediate level.
• Excellent level of communication.

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

FUNCTIONS

• Verify and control the packaging and dispatch processes, in order to ensure product rotation and order preparation
• Inform the necessary instances for the dispatch of these products and avoid their non-compliance
• Manage, plan and coordinate the needs with the headquarters, the infrastructure requirements of the Regional Office, in order to follow the current policies
• Plan, coordinate and control the daily dispatch process in order to meet the time windows of the different clients

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed secondary
• Desirable minimum experience in warehouse or production (Not Exclusive)
• Availability to work in Ramiro Priale – Huachipa (height whereabouts Scania).
• Accessibility to work Rotating Shifts
• Availability to work overtime when required.

FIELD CHIP VENDORS

FUNCTIONS

• Comply with the assigned route: wineries, markets, pharmacies, mini markets, among others (20 points of sale are visited per day).
• Maintain a correct display of advertising, taking into account the order and cleanliness of the brand’s displays.
• Approach customers (store owners) to convince them to purchase your product (Claro Chips).
• Stay informed of the most outstanding characteristics of the telephone plans to generate an adequate sale.

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed secondary.
• Minimum experience of 6 months as a Promoter, Merchandiser, Promoter, Sales Advisor or in similar positions.
• I work 100% in the field.
• Reside and have availability to work in districts of South Lima
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a Sunday off.

TECHNOLOGICAL ADVISORS

FUNCTIONS

• Carry out installations, maintenance and after-sales services, scheduled daily according to the tasks assigned to the operator.
• Register in the TOA Application, APK rejections, APH photos of the operations carried out correctly and communicate to the Follow-up Back Supervisor and Photographic Report Supervisor the incidents that arise.
• Address Customer claims generated as Guarantees or incidents, correcting and reporting to the Field Supervision and Back Monitoring the faults found and the corrective measures applied.

REQUIREMENTS

• Immediate Availability.
• Take a 3-day training.
• Have the 3 doses of the covid-19 vaccine.
• Have a valid A1 license (drivers only)
