FUNCTIONS:

  • Notify the client of the promotions and offers of the day and promote the suggested sale of the promotions at all times.
  • Offer a quality service to customers, applying the service protocol.
  • Execute cashier work and collection of products from customers and presence of products according to their category and at the client’s request.
  • Food correspondence (fastfood) of hot / cold showcase.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, and order and supply of the check out, according to the procedures and standards of the store.
  • Execute any other functions assigned by the immediate boss.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree of training required to have completed high school studies or studies in progress of technical or university careers.
  • State that you have a minimum work experience of 03 months as a cashier and customer service. (Preferably).
  • Coveted work experience in companies in the retail, commercial, and fastfood sectors.
  • Coveted use in sales in person.
  • Have the willingness to work in fixed shifts: morning or afternoon / night.

ROUTE MERCHANTS

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Of distinction Ladies of good presence with ages between 21 to 32 years of age
  • Proven minimum practice of 02 years as a ROUTE MERCHANT with companies in the CHOCOLATES or SNACKS sector in attention to RETAIL STORES, Taps and convenience stores (PRECISE)
  • Being people Committed, proactive, with the ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Refer that you have a CURRENT HEALTH CARD FOR FOOD HANDLING (Indispensable)
  • Good disposition to work MONDAY TO SATURDAY, from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm, running Route.

FUNCTIONS:

  • Execute the merchandising, implementation, and replenishment according to exhibitions and the Lay Out established by the categories in the cash points, exhibitors and other locations within the floors.
  • Create new displays and accommodate merchandise.
  • Promote the categories to customers while keeping their distance and respecting the protocols of the premises.
  • Maintain a correct, orderly and clean exhibition; check expiration dates, install Vignettes and Offers in stores, protect a control of products in poor condition, open, inform
  • Stock check and relevant reporting of news, promotions and new entries of competing products within the stores visited.
  • Photos of your location store by store, of the exhibitions executed (before and after) in real time.

HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNSHIP

FUNCTIONS:

  • Execute and keep updated the calls for operational vacancies and keep an active base of candidates by area.
  • Filter candidates according to the established profile and track the candidates in the final part of the process (assessments and admission documentation).
  • Support in selection interviews for operational personnel (individual or group).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree of instruction required for the position to have completed Bachelor’s studies.
  • Work experience of at least 03 months doing work in similar positions. Not exclusive.

TRAINING ANALYST

FUNCTIONS :

  • Prepare, monitor and ensure training processes, in order to have qualified personnel to carry out their work in the store.
  • Arrange, provide tracking and ensure certification evaluations of store personnel according to their position in order to guarantee that they have the knowledge and skills required to operate.
  • Testify the accompaniment of new Store Leaders, through structured visits during their first three months after taking over the store to support them in their process of execution and adaptation in the position.
  • Check the activities of the store teams, detecting areas of opportunity and helping to achieve the expected results.
  • Talk with the Store Advisor about the training findings identified in the execution of New Leaders in stores to generate Action Plans.
  • Rest on the design of the process and content of the Theoretical-Practical training in connection with Operational Processes.
  • Notify in Meetings, Projects and execute activities focused on reducing the turnover of store personnel and generating Retention.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree of academic training requested to have Bachelor’s degree studies in the last cycles.
  • Narrate that you have a work experience of at least 06 doing similar tasks.
