SECRETARY

FUNCTIONS:

  • Adequate handling of the office package such as Word, Excel, Power Point and other software typical of the secretarial profession
  • Generic knowledge of the Internet and adequate management of navigation and exploration tools in social networks
  • Manage basic English both in writing and reading situations to understand some documents or national regulations
  • Experience in documentary processing and proper management of SISGEDO or ability to adapt and/or learn quickly

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prove with a simple copy proof of graduation or technical title in the secretariat duly endorsed as a true copy of the original
  • Accredit a minimum of experience in public or private institutions as a secretary for a minimum period of six months
  • Have completed update training in their professional field in the last five years after graduation
  • Service attitude, ethics and integrity with the work carried out during office hours and camaraderie with all workers
  • Labor proactivity, effective communication, capacity for analysis and documentary synthesis for good document management

FUNCTIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Accredit a minimum of experience in public or private institutions as a nurse for a minimum period of six months
  • Have completed update training in their professional field in the last two years after graduation

MEDICO GENERAL

FUNCTIONS:

Execute community health promotion, rehabilitation and recovery activities scheduled in the annual calendar of the region or establishment

Examine and diagnose according to medical procedures inpatients and outpatients in consultation

Lead the interdisciplinary teams in favor of the objectives of the health establishment and the executing unit for which the service is provided

Comply with biosafety standards at all times of the provision of your service, in accordance with national regulations

Participate in the training and recreation activities of the establishment previously planned by the corresponding area

Report and inform the progress at the health level of the establishment through a monthly report of activities, recommendations and incidents
